- Blackhawk Supply, HVAC and facility parts that support maintenance, repair, and operations across commercial and residential environments, acquired by Trinity Hunt Partners through an LBO.
- Cavanaugh Government Group, military parts and services that support the government defense and commercial sectors, acquired by AFC Industries.
- FireResQ, firefighting and industrial hose equipment that serves fire departments, emergency services, and industrial users, acquired by Brooks Equipment.
- Heyward, process equipment for water and wastewater treatment applications that cater to industry, municipalities, small communities and developers, acquired by United Flow Technologies.
Merger/Acquisition
- Delray Foodservice Equipment & Reconditioning, restaurant equipment that is based in Lake Worth, Florida, acquired by Commercial Kitchen Stop.
- Johnson Bearing & Supply, power transition products that are based in Sparks, Nevada, acquired by Purvis Industries.
- National Supply, manufacturing components that cater to the recreational vehicle manufacturing industry, acquired by UFP Factory Built.
- Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta, a vehicle dealership that is based in Marietta, Georgia, acquired by Wren’s Collision Group.
