- Malvese Equipment, industrial, agricultural and turf equipment that serves construction, agriculture, landscaping, grounds maintenance and municipal customers, was acquired by Dobbs Equity Partners through an LBO.
- Fabrication Unlimited, conveyor belting products that serves industrial customers, was acquired by Belt Power, via its financial sponsors Fidelity Private Credit Co BDC, Platte River Equity, Shorehill Capital and WP Global Partners, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- TopBuild, an installer and distributor of insulation products and it is operating segments are: Installation Services and Specialty Distribution, was acquired by QXO (NYS: QXO) for $17.338 billion.
- HICO Distributing of Colorado, helium and balloon supplies that serves the event and entertainment industry, was acquired by Buckeye Welding Supply Company, a subsidiary of Meritus Gas Partners.
