    1. North Pole Trim & Supplies, doors, trim, railings, and columns for residential home builders and the renovation trade received a development capital from Cliffbrake.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Humco Marine Products, marine equipment that serves commercial, industrial, and government customers nationwide, was acquired by Marine Equipment Solutions, via its financial sponsors CenterGate Capital and Ironwood Capital, through an LBO.
    2. B’s Pool Supplies, a specialized chemical that supports the effective management of aquatic chemistry and water sanitation, was acquired by Hasa, via its financial sponsor Wind Point Partners, through an LBO.
    3. Bristo Battery and Supply, an automotive batteries and vehicle parts that serves vehicle owners and repair shops, was acquired by Tri-State Enterprises, via its financial sponsor HCI Equity Partners, through an LBO.
    4. Casco Equipment, a loading dock equipment and service operation thar serves commercial and industrial sectors, was acquired by DuraServ, via its financial sponsor Leonard Green & Partners, through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Thomas Lumber Company, building material that supports residential and commercial construction projects across Central Florida, was acquired by Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply.
    2. ESN Group, health and skin care products based in Santa Barbara, California that formulates products using plant-based and scientifically tested ingredients to promote healthy skin and hair while maintaining environmentally responsible practices, was acquired by Noble Labs Holdings.
    3. Brown Machinery Co, construction materials that serves contractors, builders, and homeowners in Oklahoma and surrounding areas, was acquired by GMS (US) (NYS: GMS), a subsidiary of SRS Distribution.
    4. REET Corporation, fluidic and industrial components catering to industries that offers valves, pumps, sensors, manifolds, instrument fittings, valve drivers, mounting hardware, bottle caps and other related products, thereby providing clients with components that support fluid control and sensor-based applications, was acquired by Mr. Barry R. Haas.

 Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Clover Sonoma, a dairy products company that provides organic products for a healthy life, joined VentureFuel as a part of its Real California Milk Excelerator 2025 Cohort.
