- DMI Direct Metals, roofing fasteners and accessories for enhancing structural durability and installation efficiency, received development capital from Trivest Partners, First Lexington and Mr. Andrew Mullen.
- CORE Transformers, new and reconditioned transformers for the commercial, industrial, renewable, and critical power markets, received development capital from Emerald Lake Capital Management.
Buyout/LBO

- Domestic Fuels & Lubes, commercial fuels, lubricants, and home heating oil, for industrial, commercial, and residential use in the Mid-Atlantic region, was acquired by RelaDyne, via its financial sponsors Oaktree Specialty Lending BDC, American Industrial Partners and Oaktree Strategic Income II through an LBO.
- AMRE Supply, an e-commerce platform that supplies stocking parts and equipment in Alberta, Canada, was acquired by Reliable Parts, via its financial sponsor Svoboda Capital Partners, through an LBO.
- Albany Packaging USA, foodservice packaging, primarily paper folding cartons that used by supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores, was acquired by Handgards, via its financial sponsor Wynnchurch Capital, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply, hardscapes products and landscape supplies that serves residential and commercial customers across the Holland, Zeeland and Grand Haven areas, was acquired by SiteOne Landscape Supply.
- New Angle Beveling, commercial glass products that serves construction, glazing, and furniture markets across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, was acquired by Aldora.
- Six Degrees Coffee Service & Distribution, coffee beverages and training to businesses in Northern California, was acquired by Odeko.
Later Stage VC

- Tractor Beverage, hand-crafted beverages that offers organic beverages, raised $22.73 million of venture funding. Out of the total amount $13.165 million was raised in the form of convertible debt and $ 4.5 million was converted to equity.
