- Simio, third-dimensional (3D) simulation software that delivers leading-edge software for the design, emulation, and scheduling of complex systems, acquired by Aegis Software, via its financial sponsor Peak Rock Capital, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- AlensiaXR, a learning platform that transforms the way students learn human anatomy, raised $2.12 million through a combination of Series A-3 and Series A-4 venture funding.
- Algonova Global, international coding and digital literacy education that equips children and adolescents with essential logical and technical skills, raised venture funding from D&FG Elements.
- Career Bird, an AI-driven career development tool that simplifies talent development for mid-size organizations, raised venture funding from PeopleTech Partners.
Accelerator/Incubator
- ACTO, an intelligent field excellence platform that empowers life sciences field representatives, joined Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster.
- Jusoor Labs, an education technology platform that offers interactive simulations and virtual labs, joined Orbit Ventures as part of its as part if its Sanabil Accelerator Batch 3 and received $1 million in funding.
Angel
- Dioma Language Company, a language learning platform that serves serious learners, raised $70,000 of angel funding.
- Plurawl, a mental health and self-discovery application that helps users analyze their thoughts and track personal growth, raised $10,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Voyije, a mobile-first engagement platform that supports experiential learning and international education management, raised $37,700 of angel funding.
