  1. ai, voice-based virtual English teaching platform that addresses learning challenges, raised $995,000 of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes.
  2. Stepful, a training platform that gives people with a high school education access to healthcare jobs and continued growth in their profession, raised $57 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Oak HC/FT.
  3. imagi, a mobile-first coding platform that empowers both students and teachers, raised $3 million of venture funding from Further Than Capital.
  4. CollegeHealth TV, wellness streaming channel that promotes student health and wellness through educational video content, raised $125,000 of venture funding in the form of convertible note.

Early Stage VC

  1. Paloma, educational platform that helps school districts accelerate student learning by empowering families to deliver daily at-home instruction, raised $12.92 million of Series A venture funding.
  2. nuKudo, cybersecurity talent training services that fill workforce needs for private companies, raised $1.78 million of Series A venture funding.

Grant

  1. NoRILLA, mixed-reality educational system that bridges the physical and virtual worlds to improve science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning, received $300,000 of grant funding from Tools Competition.

Seed Round

  1. Atalanta, mathematical AI software for verification and reliability of complex autonomous systems, raised $2.7 million of seed funding.
  2. 34 GiGs, an ed-tech company that helps professionals enhance their careers and personal lives through AI-driven mapping and personalized support, raised $305,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.

Angel (individual)

  1. Protoverse, AI-native Christian education platform that delivers personalized and comprehensive learning experiences, raised $710,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
