Top 10 EdTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 1st – 15th, 2025

  1. Zeta Network Group, network that focuses on applying technology and AI in the entertainment industry and provides online education and entertainment performances, received $15 million of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Evan-Moor, educational books that provide easy-to-use and accessible resources in a variety of formats and learning modalities, was acquired by IXL Learning.
  2. Sizzle, educational applications that make online learning personalized, fun, and effective through AI, was acquired by Campus.

Buyout/LBO

  1. Keys to Literacy, literacy services that enhance student reading and writing skills through educator professional development, was acquired by Teaching Channel, via its financial sponsors Quad-C Management and Silverhawk Capital Partners, through an LBO.
  2. SeeWhy Learning, educational resources for financial services exam preparation, was acquired by The CE Shop, via its financial sponsor Waud Capital Partners, through an LBO.
  3. WorkRamp, learning platform that trains employees and educates customers, was acquired by Learning Pool, via its financial sponsor Marlin Equity Partners, through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

  1. Heidi Health, clinical training and decision-support tools for clinical reasoning, raised $65 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Point72 Ventures.

Early Stage VC

  1. Principia Labs, AI systems that generates mathematical discoveries and insights, raised venture funding from Pebblebed.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. AnswerThis, AI-powered tool that enhances academic research and literature analysis, joined Y Combinator as part of its Fall 2025 Batch and received $500,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.

Seed Round

  1. Golpo, AI-powered explainer video tools for instructional and internal communication, raised $4.1 million of seed funding in a deal led by BNVT Capital.
