- MCN Solutions, regulatory compliance services and online learning resources for hospitals and healthcare organizations, was acquired by Ntracts, via its financial sponsors Noon Management and Accel-KKR, through an LBO.
- RangeForce, learning platform that provides cybersecurity training and exercises, was acquired by Cyberbit, via its financial sponsors Charlesbank Capital Partners and Claridge Israel, through an LBO.
Later Stage VC

- DeepSight, immersive knowledge management platform that simplifies learning and execution of complex industrial procedures through augmented reality, 3D visualization, and smart glasses, raised venture funding in a deal led by i4 Capital.
- Lingokids, language learning platform that breaks down language barriers and provide equal opportunities for all kids, raised $120 million of venture funding in a deal led by General Catalyst and GP Bullhound.
Seed

- Aibrary, audio-based learning application for fast, personalized knowledge consumption, raised $7 million of seed funding from Llama Venture and other investors.
- TrueLeap, digital education platform that helps teachers and students learn and teach online, raised $4.13 million through a combination of Seed-1, Seed-2, Seed-3 funding from IU Ventures, Born Global Ventures, and Maya Investments (UK).
Accelerator/Incubator

- Nitecapp, hospitality training software that enhances frontline service and beverage sales through interactive education, joined Plug and Play Tech Center as a part of its batch 2 cohort.
- Wonderly (Educational Software), online learning platform that offers digital skills to kids and teens, joined WISE (Doha) as a part of its WISE Edtech Accelerator program 2025 – 2026 Cohort.
