- Lighthouse Labs, developer of an education platform designed to provide coding tutoring, was acquired by Uvaro.
- Visible Body, operator of an online learning platform intended to advance how students learn and healthcare professionals practice human anatomy, was acquired by Cengage Learning, a subsidiary of Thomson.

- Hiveclass, developer of a digital content mobile platform designed to reimagine youth sports training and physical education, raised venture funding from Rethink Capital Partners.
- Rize Education, developer of an education technology designed to make higher education affordable and effective for every student, raised $12.00 million of venture funding.

- Mathtrack Institute, provider of educational services intended to offer equitable access to quality education, raised $225,000 of venture funding through a combination of equity and SAFE notes.
- Tonic (Educational and Training Services), developer of a community learning platform intended for the performance of arts & music, raised venture funding from Impatient Ventures.
Angel, Seed, and Grant

- Pro Athlete Community, provider of executive education, experiences, and a luminary network intended to serve current players and former players, raised $5.01 million through a combination of Seed, and Seed-1 funding.
- Rosalyn, developer of an end-to-end enterprise virtual assessment platform designed to deliver secure AI-supervised certification exams, raised $4.56 million of Seed-2 funding.
