Top 10 EdTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st – 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

  1. CareAcademy, developer of an online specialized training software designed to improve education for senior home care professionals, received development capital from Multiplier Capital.
  2. TeachTown, developer of instructional tools intended to enhance the academic, behavioral, and adaptive development of students with disabilities, received development capital from CFT Capital Partners.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Sounding Board, provider of leadership development services intended to enhance capabilities across organizations, acquired by BTS Group.
  2. Wizco, developer of job interview coaching platform designed to facilitate placement preparation and joining, acquired by CognoGroup.

Later Stage VC

  1. Acadeum, developer of an online education marketplace designed to offer courses across a network of colleges and universities to help students to graduate, raised $1.7 million of venture funding.
  2. Heidi Health, developer of a clinical training and decision support tool designed to practice clinical reasoning, raised $26.6 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Jazz, Headline and Blackbird Ventures.

Early Stage VC

  1. Altitude, developer of an AI copilot and up-skilling platform designed for nurse practitioners, raised an venture funding from MVP Ventures.
  2. Edapt Schools, developer of AI-driven tools intended to simplify educational administration and compliance reporting, raised venture funding from Rethink Capital Partners in approximately March 2025.

Seed Round

  1. Pavo AI, developer of a machine learning platform designed to assist engineering teams with ML tasks, raised $3.04 million of seed funding.
  2. Wall Street Business Academy, developer a community-subscription-based software financial analysis platform designed to simplify complex market data, raised $485,000 of seed funding in the form of convertible debt.
