- Michigan Community VNA Hospice, home healthcare services for patients requiring medical care, rehabilitation, hospice support, and community health assistance, was acquired by LiveWell Partners through an LBO.
- Tech Medical, home health and clinical personal care services for patients in healthcare and residential settings, was acquired by Avid Health at Home through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Apache Junction Health Center, skilled nursing services that provide medical care and daily living support, was acquired by PACS Group.
- Chambers Home Health Agency, home healthcare and hospice services for elderly care, rehabilitation, and chronic illness management, was acquired by Lucent Home Health.
- Victory Living Programs, supported independent living and employment services that help persons with disabilities, was acquired by Ann Storck Center.
Early Stage VC
- BetterAge, digital platform that improves the health and well-being of older adults, raised venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from Impact Assets and other investors.
Seed Round
- Oakstone Hospice, hospice care services that provide end-of-life support, raised seed funding from Oakdale Capital Management.
Angel (individual)
- Callie Care, AI-powered phone companion service that supports elderly adults with everyday tasks and wellness check-ins, raised $500,000 of angel funding.
