  1. ADM Associates, an energy evaluation firm that serves public agencies in North America, acquired by Qualus, via its financial sponsor New Mountain Capital, through an LBO.
  2. Advanced Power, power generation projects based in Boston, Massachusetts, acquired by ArcLight Capital Partners through an LBO for $1 billion.
  3. Colonial Pipeline, transportation services for refined petroleum products that safely and efficiently deliver gasoline, home heating oil, aviation fuel, and other refined petroleum products, acquired by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners through a $9 billion LBO.
  4. Diesel Direct, mobile fueling services that serve transportation, construction, airports and other industries, acquired by Velocity Rail Solutions and Yukon Partners.
  5. Opinion Dynamics, energy research and analytics services that support electric utilities, public utility commissions and energy organizations across the United States, acquired by E Source.
  6. Petro West, fuel infrastructure services that support construction, maintenance, and compliance across energy sites, acquired by Nwestco.

Early Stage VC

  1. Aalo Atomics, compact nuclear power systems that generate electricity at different locations, raised $100 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Valor Equity Partners.
  2. Circon Energy, a green technology firm that reduces carbon emissions, raised $4 million of venture funding.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. BreatheEV, electric vehicle charging infrastructure that serves both individual drivers and property owners seeking to implement monetized charging stations, joined REACH Accelerating Real Estate as a part of its 2025 REACH Commercial program.
  2. Claros, a power management company that makes AI more sustainable and widely available, joined Dominion Energy Innovation Center.
