- Flatiron Energy, energy storage construction services that develops utility-scale energy storage projects, received $540 million of development capital.
- Nova Compression, natural gas compression and gas processing services catering to exploration and production companies, received $325 million of development capital from Orion Infrastructure Capital.
PIPE

- NEO Battery Materials, for developing silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles, electronics, and energy storage systems, received approximately CAD 5.5 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisitions

- Bedrock Production, an energy production company based in Houston, Texas, company for oil and gas production activities aimed at supporting efficient resource development and transportation, was acquired by BKV for $370 million.
- BW Kazakhstan Holdings, pre-commissioning and pre-commissioning cleaning services intended to help energy sectors including oil and gas, petrochemical, power and renewable in the effective start-up of plant systems, was acquired.
Later Stage VC

- WeaveGrid, an electrification software that connects electric vehicles to the grid, raised a venture funding from LG Technology Ventures.
- Encore Energy, an oil and gas exploration company headquartered in Miami, Florida, specializes in providing quality drilling prospects consisting of lower risk, high probability of success and in-field development of crude oil and natural gas, enabling clients to help with minimizing impact and maximizing efficiency, raised $1.38 million of venture funding.
Accelerator/Incubator

- MicroEra Power, thermal energy storage systems for decarbonization and cost optimization purposes, joined Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator as a part of Resiliency-Focused Cohort and received $250,000 in funding in the form of grant.
- Sora Fuel, climate technology products for affordable, carbon-negative drop-in systems, joined Shell GameChanger on September 23, 2025 and received $250,000 in funding.
Seed Round

- Airobes, biotechnology systems that captures carbon and convert it into valuable biomaterials, raised $50,000 of seed funding in the form of convertible debt.
