Buyout/LBO

  1. Brightfin, information technology expense management software that supports enterprise technology cost and asset management, acquired by Proven Optics, via its financial sponsors ServiceNow Ventures and Silversmith Capital Partners, through an LBO.
  2. ClearGov, a financial reporting platform that assists in annual budgeting, acquired by IGM Technology, via its financial sponsor Lead Edge Capital, through an LBO.

Early Stage VC

  1. Concourse, an artificial intelligence-powered financial platform that offers treasury management services and automates manual treasury workflows, raised $12 million through a combination of Series A-1, Series A-2, and Series A-3 venture funding in a deal led by Standard Capital.
  2. Architect, a financial trading platform that offers trading of global futures, options and digital assets, raised $35.55 million through a combination of Series A and Series A-1 venture funding in a deal led by Miami International Holdings and Tioga Capital Partners.
  3. Babylon Labs, a blockchain project platform that brings Bitcoin’s security to all blockchains without any extra energy cost, raised $15 million of venture funding from Andreessen Horowitz.
  4. Sonar, a data consortium that shares fraud and counterparty risk information across financial activity, raised venture funding from RevTech Labs Capital.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. Maven, an embedded payments infrastructure platform that supports secure, PCI-compliant payment collection within voice AI and conversational agent environments, joined Y Combinator as part of its Winter 2026 Cohort and received $500,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.
  2. Pluvo, an AI financial platform that transforms business planning, performance tracking, and results management through a single, integrated platform, joined Andreessen Horowitz and received $1 million in funding.

Angel 

  1. Render Payments, a payment processing platform that streamlines financial transactions for businesses, raised $500,000 of angel funding.
  2. World Liberty Financial, a decentralized finance platform that designs blockchain-based financial products integrating digital and traditional financial systems, raised venture funding from Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
