- EveryStreet, business finance platform for personalized funding by connecting businesses with an extensive network of lenders, was acquired by Fundwell.
- Nexus Global One Technologies, financial technology for transaction processing, payment acceptance, and digital banking operations, was acquired by Bluegrace Energy Bolivia.

- beatBread, financing platform that offers funds to musicians, raised $124 million of venture funding in the combination of debt and equity led by Citigroup, Mucker Capital, Advantage Capital and other investors.
- Staxiom, automated tax and financial process platform that helps businesses streamline operations, raised venture funding from Sovereign’s Capital.

- Permian Labs, consumer financing platform that democratizes access to advanced computing power, raised $13 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Framework Ventures.
- ClarityPay, point-of-sale lending platform for loan repayment, raised venture funding in a deal led by TTV Capital.

- Munify, digital financial infrastructure for global money movement and account management, raised $3 million of seed funding in a deal led by BYLD (London), Digital Currency Group and Y Combinator.
- Newity, financial services that elevates American banks and entrepreneurs by providing seamless paycheck protection program loan servicing, raised $3.35 million of seed funding in the form of convertible promissory notes.
