- GlobeTopper, a global B2B gift card concierge firm that helps clients navigate the evolving digital payments landscape, was acquired by iQSTEL for $700,000.

- Jifiti, a fintech platform that bridges the gap between lenders, retailers, and consumers, raised $3.31 million in venture funding.
- Alviere, an embedded finance platform that empowers brands to offer financial services to their customers, raised $8.40 million through a combination of Series O and Series O-1 funding.
- Untapped Global, an asset financing investment platform that connects global investors to investment opportunities in emerging markets, raised venture funding from Regenerative.

- Canter Wealth, a wealth management platform that provides management services, raised $1.5 million in seed funding.
