PE Growth/Expansion
- Edenred Pay, a payment processing technology that provides secure and configurable digital payment solutions for businesses and financial institutions, received $75 million of development capital from Abry Partners.
- GoCharting, a multi-asset trading platform that provides advanced charting and technical analysis tools for investors, received development capital from Long Ridge Equity Partners.
Merger/Acquisition
- Campus Door Holdings, a loan origination systems provider that offers configurable platforms for lenders to deploy student and consumer finance programs, acquired by Higher Education Servicing Corporation.
- Celero Commerce, a payment processing and business management software that provides electronic payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, acquired by Deluxe for $625 million.
Later Stage VC
- Flagright, an AI-native financial crime compliance platform that provides regulatory compliance and risk management tools, raised $12.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Infinity Ventures.
- Agave, a unified API software that integrates construction software and connects project management, financial, and bidding data, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Accel.
Early Stage VC
- BlackOpal, a payments finance platform that provides institutional investors access to payment receivables as digital investment assets, raised venture funding from Raptor Group.
- Caddis Funding, a consumer debt portfolio provider that enables credit grantors to divest non-performing assets, raised $250,000 of venture funding.
Seed Round
- Adelar Intel, an intelligence platform that combines artificial intelligence and human expertise to provide risk assessments and strategic due diligence, raised $400,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Adjacent Markets, an indexing and benchmarking platform that consolidates event contracts and prediction markets into weighted indices, raised $2.5 million of pre-seed funding from Digital Currency Group, Night Capital and UFO Holdings.
