PE Growth/Expansion
- Benefit Harbor, flexible benefits technology that meets the needs of employers in a changing insurance marketplace, received $5 million of development capital from investors.
- FirstClose, data and workflow management platform for mortgage lenders, received $4.7 million of Series A-2 development capital led by Lateral Investment Management.
Merger/Acquisition
- GuideStar, automated market maker and routing technology based in New York, was acquired by Uniswap.
- Roi, AI-driven financial management application that makes investment tracking and portfolio management more accessible, was acquired by OpenAI.
Later Stage VC
- Jiko, trading platform that delivers financial safety, speed, and simplicity, raised $29 million of Series C venture funding from Airbus Ventures, Blockstream and Coinbase Global, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $365 million.
- Mirza, fintech platform that delivers tax-efficient employer stipends to a network of caregivers, raised venture funding from Cartmell.
Early Stage VC
- Konfyd, financial risk management technology for mitigating exposure in online payment processing, raised venture funding from SaaS Ventures.
- Vadera Capital, financial technology services for modern income generation and creator-led business purposes, raised $643,000 of venture funding from investors.
Seed Round
- CipherOwl, digital asset intelligence platform that navigates the complex landscape of digital asset regulations, raised $15 million of seed funding in a deal led by General Catalyst and Flourish Ventures.
- Halfmore, financial platform that manages kids’ wealth, raised an estimated $2.51 million of seed funding in a deal led by Deepcore.
