Merger/Acquisition
- Additive, tax workflow management platform that helps tax professionals manage their repetitive tasks, was acquired by Thomson Reuters, a subsidiary of The Woodbridge Group.
- Covr Financial Technologies, digital insurance brokerage platform that simplifies the life insurance sales process for firms, was acquired by Optifino.
- FlipGive, team funding platform that revolutionizes the way sports teams raise money, was acquired by RaiseRight, a subsidiary of Bold Orange.
Later Stage VC
- Aleph, financial planning and analysis platform that provides financial information, raised $29.24 million through a combination of Series B-1 and Series B-2 venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $105.76 million.
- Daylit, AI-based online lending platform that facilitates instant loan funding decisions for small and midsize businesses, raised $110 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity in a deal led by Companyon Ventures.
- Extend, digital credit card-sharing platform that offers modern virtual credit card features and distribution capabilities, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by B Capital Group.
Early Stage VC
- Cloudburst Technologies, cyber monitoring services and cyber threat intelligence tools that help track fraud in the cryptocurrency market, raised $7 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Borderless Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $36 million.
- Tabs, revenue automation platform that automates the process of administering contracts, billing, revenue recognition, renewals, and audits, raised $55 million through a combination of Series B-1 and Series B-2 venture funding and debt in a deal led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $372 million.
Seed Round
- Aria Finance, AI-powered personal budgeting tools for underserved communities, raised seed funding from Robinhood, putting the company’s post-valuation at $12 million.
- Vylit, adult-friendly creator monetization platform that empowers anyone with the tools to monetize content and build community on their own terms, raised $2.7 million of Seed funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $8.8 million.
