- Assemble, developer a compensation and pay transparency management platform designed to offer a fair and equitable future for everyone, was acquired by Deel.

- Brooklyn Investment Group, developer of a digital wealth management platform designed to combine institutional-grade portfolio optimization and automated tax-loss harvesting, raised an estimated $21 million through a combination of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Atypical Ventures.
- Conductor Solar, operator of a financial marketplace intended to transform commercial solar deals, raised $555,000 of venture funding from The Alchemy Group and other investors.
Early Stage VC

- CFX Labs, developer of an embedded wallet platform intended to monetize foreign exchange slippage, raised $14.01 million of venture funding.
- Homegrown, operator of a financing marketplace intended to empower local businesses to open more locations without giving up ownership, raised $2.8 million of venture funding.
- Infinant, developer of financial technology software designed to help non-financial brands offer financial services in ways that are secure, compliant, and bring value to their core businesses, raised $15 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by FINTOP Capital and JAM FINTOP.
