- Miami International, a fully electronic trading platform that caters to the needs of the customers and trading community, received $40 million of development capital from Warburg Pincus.
Merger/Acquisition

- Wallstreet Stats, a financial analytics platform that analyzes social sentiment, market trends, and trading signals in real-time, was acquired by GreetEat, a subsidiary of GreetEat (Asset Management).
- Zeta, a financial money management platform that helps families manage their finances together, was acquired by Acorns.

- Kalshi, an online financial platform that facilitates trading based on event outcomes, raised $185 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Paradigm (Crypto Fund).
- Conquest Planning, a financial planning platform that democratizes access to personalized financial advice across all levels of wealth, raised $80 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity.

- Warp, a payroll and compliance platform for startups to optimize financial operations, raised $18 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Sound Ventures.
- Campfire, a revenue management software that automates revenue recognition and reporting for accounting and finance teams, raised $35 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Accel.

- Quorus, the financing platform that simplifies the process of personalized investing, raised $4.62 million of Seed-1 funding from Connecticut Innovations and other investors.
- Hyve, an AI financial planning platform for personalized wealth advice at scale, raised $11 million of seed funding in a deal led by Viola FinTech.
