Top 10 FinTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 16th-31st, 2025

PIPE

    1. Luxxfolio Holdings, a Canada-based financial technology company that is developing a cloud-based blockchain platform to enable users to record and authenticate luxury assets and use them to qualify for personal financial products, received CAD 1.16 million of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Codence, developer of a custom software and business system intended to assist small and medium businesses, was acquired by FullCity Consulting.
    2. Cues, operator of business productivity platform intended to instant and shift pay businesses with cutting-edge financial technology, was acquired by Handle Home Services.

Later Stage VC

    1. M Financial Group, provider of financial advisory services intended to offer an insight into the financial market with supporting insights and analysis, raised $6.81 million of venture funding.
    2. MiCamp Solutions, operator of a financial payment technology company intended to provide secure payment processing methods, raised $3.96 million of venture funding.
    3. Worthy Financial, developer of a financial platform designed to help retail investors invest in higher-yielding alternative assets, raised $367,520 of venture funding from Winterpoint Capital and other investors.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Different Technologies, provider of digital financial services designed for Mexican consumers, raised $134 million of venture funding.
    2. Multiply Mortgage, operator of a financial loan services platform intended to provide affordable liquidity options, raised $23.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Kleiner Perkins.

Seed

    1. Higala, operator of an open payment platform intended to improve financial participation, raised $2.8 million of seed funding in a deal led by 1982 Ventures. The funds will be used for platform banking rollout.
    2. Adro, developer of a fintech platform designed to offer financial services accessible to international students and workers, raised $1.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Era Funds.c
