PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Outseer, developer of payment fraud protection platform designed to distinguish authentic customers from fraudsters, received development capital from STG Partners.
  2. SingleOps, developer of business management software focused on streamlining the company’s operations, received a development capital from Five Elms Capital and FTV Capital.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. Bitvore, developer of artificial intelligence-based data analytics software products, was acquired by BondWave.
  2. GlobeTopper, operator of a digital payment platform designed to distribute and manage corporate e-gift cars, was acquired by Accredited Solutions.

Later Stage VC

  1. Neo, provider of banking and financial services intended to offer a safe and secure way to manage money, raised CAD 360 million in Series D venture funding through a combination of debt and equity.
  2. NovoPayment, developer of a banking infrastructure platform intended to facilitate digital financial and transactional services, raised $40 million in Series A2 venture funding in a deal led by IDC Ventures.

Early Stage VC

  1. 275 Funding, provider of investment services intended for generating fixed returns, raised $27.91 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
  2. CollX, developer a financial application designed to scan any sports card, instantly identify it, and determine market value, raised $8.22 million of venture funding.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

  1. Spice Finance, developer of a liquidity deployment infrastructure intended to offer yield optimizer and liquidity routing protocol for non-fungible token lending markets, raised $4.69 million through a combination of Debt and Seed-1 funding.
  2. Tesouro, operator of a payment infrastructure intended to simplify and secure payment processes, raised $14.4 million through a combination of Seed Prime-2, and Seed Prime-1 funding.
