Top 10 FoodTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 16th – November 15th, 2025

    1. Spyce, fully robotic kitchen that enhances fast-food production, was acquired by Wonder Group.
    2. The Food Channel, online food & recipe platform that serves food lovers, was acquired by Amaze Holdings for $650,000.

Later Stage VC

    1. Superorder, order management systems that automates and streamlines order fulfillment in restaurants, raised venture funding from Dash VC.
    2. Tylmen, intelligent imaging and data analytics systems that optimizes meat processing operations through real-time yield measurement and carcass evaluation, raised venture funding from InnoVenture Iowa.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Counter Service, robotic kitchen platform that automates plant-based food preparation, raised $30.00 million of Series A-1 venture funding.

Angel

    1. Symbio Bioculinary, microbe-based systems for food and agricultural businesses, raised $90,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
    2. Now Cuisine, robotic food service system that delivers fresh, hot, restaurant-level meals through autonomous kiosks, raised angel funding.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Drivingo, AI-powered ordering platform that streamlines customer interactions and improve accessibility, joined LvlUp Ventures and received funding.
    2. Eatro, home-cooked meal marketplace that connects local chefs with customers seeking freshly prepared dishes, joined LvlUp Ventures and received funding.
    3. MealMatch AI, meal planning service that promotes a healthy lifestyle, joined LvlUp Ventures and received funding.
