  1. Fictions, interactive digital game experiences for social entertainment purposes, received $16.73 million of development capital from investors.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Storymakers Trading Co., tabletop role-playing game merchandise line that caters to role-playing gamers and fantasy hobbyists, was acquired by Kingdom of Threads.
  2. XP League, youth esports league franchise that bridges the gap between conventional youth athletics and competitive esports, was acquired by Valhallan.

Later Stage VC

  1. Legends Of Learning, educational game-based learning platform designed for science and math education, raised $429,944 of venture funding.
  2. Neurable, brain-computer interfaces that translate brain activity into actionable insights, raised $35 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Spectrum Value Management.
  3. Platform Golf, golf putting platforms for indoor and outdoor golf performance, raised venture funding from CircleRock Capital, Litquidity Capital and GameAbove.

Early Stage VC

  1. Psychedelic Games, pirate-themed adventure MOBA game that delivers fast-paced player-versus-player battles across land and sea, raised $3.25 million of Series A venture funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $14.25 million.
  2. RuneSoul, gaming and trading platform that provides space for creativity and strategy in the metaverse, raised $34 million of venture funding in a deal led by BitGo.

Seed Round

  1. Haiven, AI-powered gaming and chat platform that protects, connects, and empowers the next generation online, raised $136,000 of seed funding from investors.
  2. Wavedash, browser gaming platform that eliminates installation barriers and simplifies access to modern games, raised $4.3 million of seed funding in a deal led by Mike Maples.
