- Nexstride, a compact walking assist device that helps individuals with neurological conditions improve mobility and regain independence, acquired by Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare.
- Plasma Services Group, disease-state plasma collection kits and services that serve the in vitro diagnostics and pharmaceutical industries, acquired by Fujirebio Diagnostics.
Later Stage VC
- ABM Respiratory Care, respiratory care technology that enhances patient comfort and therapy efficacy, raised $14.8 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Peter Soderberg.
- Athelas, an in-home blood diagnostic device that monitors the immune system from a drop of blood, raised $200 million of venture funding from General Catalyst.
- Endolumik, a medical device that improves bariatric surgery procedures, raised $999,900 of venture funding.
- J3 Bioscience, an OTC medical device that helps improve female reproductive health, raised $1.05 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
Early Stage VC
- Sanmai Technologies, a neurotechnology platform that provides non-invasive ultrasound neurotherapeutics for mental health and neurological disorders, raised $12 million of Series A venture funding.
- Field Medical, a pulsed electric technology that offers field ablation tools, raised $35 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by CUE Growth Partners and BioStar Capital.
Seed Round
- ClearCut Surgical, a surgical medical device that identifies and solves problems that practicing surgeons face every day, raised $500,000 of Seed-2 funding from MassVentures.
- EVT, cardiovascular support services that support surgical and critical care applications, raised $2.35 million of seed funding.
