- Vascular Technology, surgical devices intended for multiple specialties, such as vascular, reconstructive, urology, GI endoscopy, neurosurgery, and robotic surgery, received a development capital from JLL Partners.
- Wellvii, fitness tracking devices intended to increase efficiency and quality of healthcare using non-invasive vital sign measurement sensor technology, received development capital from Shift4 Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- AllAccem, veterinary dermatology and dental care products intended to support animal health and hygiene, acquired by Vimian Group.
Later Stage VC
- Accelus, medical implants designed to focus on expandable interbody technology for spine surgery, raised $6.08 million of venture funding in a deal led by Concord Health Partners.
- AmplifiDX, molecular point-of-care device designed to provide rapid test results in a cost-effective way, raised venture funding from Femovate.
Early Stage VC
- Centrus Diagnostics, wearable health monitoring medical technology intended to improve the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases, raised $1.68 million of Series A1 venture funding.
- Curve Biosciences, liver cancer diagnostics designed for disease prevention and screening, raised venture funding from First Spark Ventures.
Seed Round
- Somnee, a diagnostic and therapeutic wearable technology designed to improve sleep quality and efficiency and create better sleep through neuroscience, raised $23 million of seed funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures.
- Cosm Medical, a digital platform designed to personalize care for pelvic health issues affecting women, raised seed+ funding in a deal led by iGan Partners.
- Origin Endoscopy, endoscopy products designed to control gastrointestinal bleeding, raised $2.34 million through the combination of Seed-1, Seed-2 and Seed-3 funding from Highpoint Ventures, Innosphere Ventures and other investors.
