PE Growth/Expansion
- JoyBridge Kids, clinics intended for children with autism, received $2.5 million of development capital from investors.
- Wellinks, virtual pulmonary care service for people with chronic respiratory disease, especially chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, received $5.90 million of development capital from investors.
Merger/Acquisition
- Crespo Injury Care Center, comprehensive injury care services for auto accident victims and sports injury patients in Tampa, Florida, was acquired by Physician Partners of America.
- Danner Laboratory, clinical laboratory and diagnostic testing services that provide accurate, timely molecular, cytology, and pathology results for healthcare providers and patients, was acquired by Leo International Precision Health.
Later Stage VC
- Angle Health, health insurance platform for personalized healthcare management, raised $134 million through a combination of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Portage on December 3, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $549 million.
- B Positive, plasma collection company that allows donors to donate their blood plasma for life-saving medical therapies, raised $163,870 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Clarity Pediatrics, pediatric telehealth platform that provides access to high-quality ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) care for children and families, raised $14.45 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Jackson Square Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $29.05 million.
- Full Bloom Memory Care, dementia care services that specialize in one-on-one memory care at home and comprehensive support for families dealing with cognitive changes, raised $500,000 of venture funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $3.5 million.
Seed Round
- DesiCorp, freeze-dried red blood cell technology that offers a proper method to extend the shelf-life of blood, raised $5 million of Seed-2 funding from Keyhorse Capital, and other investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $27.12 million.
- HereNOW Help, comprehensive mental health platform that facilitates personalized treatment and support, raised $2.35 million of seed funding from investors.
