- Unwind Hospitality, hospitality management, development, and asset optimization services that specialize in food & beverage, hotels, entertainment, and recreation projects, received development capital from AyBe.
Merger/Acquisition
- Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn & Suites, boutique hospitality property that provides lodging, dining, entertainment, and event experiences for travelers and visitors, was acquired by PKVR Hospitality for $4.165 million.
- Inspirato, private, luxury hospitality club that provides its members with access to an exclusive portfolio of high-end vacation homes, luxury hotels, and curated travel experiences worldwide, was acquired by Exclusive Resorts for $239.615 million.
- Shiny, cashless tipping and hospitality workforce management software for use in hotels and hospitality properties, was acquired by eTip.
Later Stage VC
- Oakfire Ridge, private members-only club that brings people together through dining, recreation, and shared experiences in a quiet natural setting, raised $100,000 of venture funding from investors.
- The Tidewater Inn, chain of hotels and restaurants that offer a quality escape for dining and event spaces, raised $9.54 million of venture funding from investors.
Early Stage VC
- Laguna Creek, integrated property and transaction management software for operational management purposes, raised $6.3 million of Series A venture funding from Dali Capital Partners.
- LRC2 Properties, hospitality management and real estate services that streamline property value operations, raised $15 million of venture funding.
Seed Round
- Cendra, AI-powered property management software that streamlines communication channels and automate guest interactions, raised $1 million of seed funding in a deal led by REVO Capital.
- Nimble POS, point-of-sale platform for establishments to streamline high-volume operations, raised $2 million of seed funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $5.5 million.
