Buyout/LBO
- connectRN, healthcare staffing platform that connects care providers with vacant job openings, was acquired by SnapCare for $13.5 million through an LBO.
- Emcentrix, online platform for human resources technology and payroll integration, was acquired by Housatonic Partners through a $3.5 million LBO.
Later Stage VC
- BenefitBay, administration platform that offers personalized benefits for the modern workforce, raised $18 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding.
- RemotePass, employer-of-record platform that helps companies hire, onboard, and pay remote workers, raised $17.4 million of Series B venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Bandana, online job platform that enhances the human resource management process across the market, raised $28 million of Series A venture funding.
- Bolto, AI-powered platform that facilitates the hiring, vetting, and management of global talent, raised $12 million of Series A venture funding.
Seed Round
- Meaningful Gigs, creative talent marketplace platform that helps businesses quickly hire vetted global creatives while supporting equitable, above-market pay for designers, raised $10.5 million of Seed-1 funding.
- SiteVue AI, industrial computer vision platform that analyzes and optimizes operational workflows in manufacturing and frontline environments, raised $7.5 million of seed funding.
- Talent Source Solutions, staffing and HR technology holding company that helps businesses scale their workforce and optimize hiring processes, raised $7.55 million of seed funding.
