  1. Brundage Group, revenue cycle management platforms that help hospitals ensure compliance, uphold patient care standards, and capture earned revenue, received development capital from Water Street Healthcare Partners.
  2. South, a recruitment platform that helps growing companies find, hire, and pay Latin American talent, received development capital from Verne.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Go Interactive, staffing software development team services for technology companies and enterprises across the United States and Europe, was acquired by Stanga1.
  2. Hireguide, a content platform that offers interview planning support, was acquired by HireVue.

Early Stage VC

  1. Humand, an all-in-one workplace platform that centralizes internal communication, HR processes, and company culture, raised $66 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Kaszek and Goodwater Capital.
  2. ORO Impact, employee-focused support services that reduce housing-related financial strain, raised $3 million of venture funding in a deal led by Slauson & Co.

Later Stage VC

  1. Growwr, an employee hiring platform that helps businesses hire vetted marketing talent with project management tools, raised venture funding from LvlUp Ventures.
  2. Incompass, workforce insight tools that support workforce analytics and organizational planning, raised venture funding from Converge Venture Partners.

Seed Round

  1. Freyt, AI-powered applicant tracking system that supports driver recruitment and compliance management for logistics and trucking operations, raised seed funding from IT Park Ventures.
  2. MochaCare, AI-powered human virtual assistants and operations tools that manage hiring, scheduling, and growth insights for care agencies and facilities, raised seed funding from F4 Fund.
