- Benefit Harbor, flexible benefits technology that meets the needs of employers in a changing insurance marketplace, received $5 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Agentnoon, an AI-based organizational design and workforce planning software that drives responsible growth toward business goals, acquired by Dayforce.
- Criterion, human capital management software that comprehensively manages payroll and recruiting, acquired by Sage Group.
- Paradox, a recruitment assistant application that screens candidates and simplifies the job search process, acquired by Workday for $1 billion.
- Qualifi, a digital screening platform that changes the hiring experience with on-demand phone interviews, acquired by Humanly.
Later Stage VC
- Everyset, a production management platform that digitally onboards cast and crew for film production, raised $9 million through a combination of venture funding and debt in a deal led by Crosslink Capital and Haven Ventures.
- LYLA, a business-to-business enterprise software-as-a-service platform that facilitates workers’ welfare, raised $4.2 million of venture funding in a deal led by Porter Sablan Capital.
Early Stage VC
- Call2action, an artificial intelligence powered recruitment automation tool that streamlines the hiring process, raised venture funding from MOST Ventures.
- Fufild, an employee benefit software that boosts employee performance, raised $685,000 of venture funding from Upper Cumberland Investment Alliance.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Ezra AI, artificial intelligence-based recruitment tools that automate candidate evaluation, joined Andreessen Horowitz as a part of its Cohort 005.
