- OfColor, developer of a financial wellness platform designed to improve the monetary status of employees of all colors, acquired by Financial Finesse.
- Clarity Benefit Solutions, operator of a benefits administration software platform designed to provide employees with a customized enrollment experience and decision-making support tools, acquired by PES, via its financial sponsor Walnut Court Capital, through an LBO.
- FingerCheck, developer of cloud-based human resources and payroll management platform intended to transform the way small businesses work by making them run smarter, acquired by Edison Partners, Columbus Capital and StepStone Group through a $115 million LBO.
Later Stage VC
- PeopleOne Health, provider of human well-being management services intended to enhance employee health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs, raised $32.3 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by GV.
- Prolucent, provider of healthcare workforce services intended to align labor needs with data-driven decision-making, raised an estimated $4 million through a combination of Series A-2 and Series A-3 venture funding from Northwell Holdings, A1 Health Ventures, and others.
- Rise, operator of an all-in-one compliance and payment platform intended for companies with global workforces, raised $6.32 million of Series A-1 venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Elevate, developer of a cloud-based platform designed to provide employee benefits, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by Fin Capital.
- gphy, developer of a workplace management platform designed to offer decision-making tools for managers, raised venture funding in a deal led by Vincent Thibault.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
- Cascade, developer of human resources and benefits intelligent platform designed for health price transparency, raised $3.75 million of Seed funding in a deal led by Gradient Ventures.
- Free Agent, developer of a career development and networking platform designed for athletes to advance their professional paths, raised CAD 500,000 of angel funding in a deal led by Kirsten Toth.

From 1991 to 1999, was at Credit Suisse First Boston as a senior trader on a principal transaction desk responsible for managing a proprietary position of credit sensitive commercial/residential real estate and asset-backed securities and head of CSFB’s new issue whole loan and agency CMO desk. Began his career in 1985 at Arthur Andersen where he managed their structured finance group consulting on ground breaking securitizations of residential mortgages, credit cards, auto loans, corporate loans and other financial assets. FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
