  1. Bektek, developer of workforce management software designed to track time, manage workflows, and schedule payrolls, acquired by Smartlinx Solutions, via its financial sponsor Lone View Capital, through an LBO.
  2. Pillar, Developer of interview intelligence platform designed for the hiring process, acquired by Employ, via its financial sponsors K1 Investment Management and Catalyst Investors, through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

  1. Bacon, developer of a human capital platform designed to connect employers with individuals seeking temporary shifts, raised $593,891 of venture funding.
  2. Turing, developer of a talent platform intended to deploy the acquisition of engineers, raised $107.14 million through a combination of Series E-1 and Series E-2 venture funding

Early Stage VC

  1. Sorce, developer of a job-hunting platform based in San Francisco, raised venture funding from Founders, Inc.
  2. Moblyze, developer of an app-based talent marketplace designed to connect energy workers with on-demand career opportunities, raised $47,881 of venture funding.

Seed Round

  1. Helios Global Payments Solutions, developer of an AI-driven workforce management and payments platform designed to simplify global HR management and streamline payroll services, raised $15.5 million of seed funding from Aracan Energia and other investors.
  2. OptimHire, developer of an artificial intelligence-powered recruiting ecosystem intended to connect candidates with organizations, raised $5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Mucker Capital.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. Cantaloupe AI, operator of an AI-powered pre-screening platform designed to enhance hiring efficiency in the hospitality industry, joined Techstars as a part of its Workforce Development Accelerator’s fifth cohort and received $20,000 in funding.
  2. Exitous, developer of an AI-based human resource platform intended to offer employee exit tools for businesses, joined Techstars as part of 2025 Class of the Workforce Development Cohort and received $20,000 in funding.
