- JobGet, operator of a job discovery platform intended to facilitate and simplify the recruitment process for hospitality and retail jobs, received a development capital from Flow Capital.
Buyout/LBO
- SnagAJob, developer of a job search platform designed to help users match the right job, acquired by JobGet, via its financial sponsor Flow Capital, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- BountyJobs, developer of a third-party recruitment platform designed to connect employers and third-party recruiters, acquired by Recruiter.com.
- LinkUp, operator of an employment media platform intended to connect active and passive job seekers with local employers, acquired by GlobalData Holding.
- Sofe, developer of a payroll and financial management software based in Quebec City, Canada, acquired by Sigma-RH.
Later Stage VC
- Wripple, developer of an agency services platform designed to provide teams with the freedom to deliver marketing and experience, raised $963,191 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Adni, developer of a healthcare workers platform designed to provide a single branded application, from gear and resources to job openings, referrals, and rewards, raised venture funding from Augment Ventures.
- ai, developer of a recruitment and talent acquisition platform designed to recruit candidates, raised venture funding from Z21 Ventures.
Seed Round
- Stationwise, developer of a staffing platform designed for emergency response businesses, raised $3.28 million of Seed funding.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Intenseye, developer of an Artificial Intelligence-powered video analytics platform designed to analyze images and videos at the workplace to mitigate accidents, joined Google Cloud Platform.

From 1999 to 2007, at Merrill Lynch was co-head of the 50+ person global structured credit products investment banking, sales and syndicate and head of the U.S. alternative investment group raising capital for alternative investment funds in financial services and asset management. From 1991 to 1999, was at Credit Suisse First Boston as a senior trader on a principal transaction desk responsible for managing a proprietary position of credit sensitive commercial/residential real estate and asset-backed securities and head of CSFB’s new issue whole loan and agency CMO desk. Began his career in 1985 at Arthur Andersen where he managed their structured finance group consulting on ground breaking securitizations of residential mortgages, credit cards, auto loans, corporate loans and other financial assets. FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
