PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Synapse Wireless, wireless control and monitoring technology located in Huntsville, Alabama, received development capital from Westward Partners.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Endstate, a marketplace that offers product authenticity and allow brands to participate in the upside of secondary transactions, was acquired by Alliance Entertainment.
    2. Scanalytics, smart floor sensors that measures consumer behavior information in physical spaces, was acquired by East West Manufacturing.
    3. Particle (Software Development Applications), application infrastructure that supports intelligence in connected devices across edge environments, was acquired by Digi International.

Later Stage VC

    1. Applied Brain Research, state space network that brings a new generation of artificial intelligence to edge devices, raised venture funding in a deal led by Two Small Fish Ventures.
    2. Diamond Kinetics, motion tracking and analysis software that helps baseball players improve their game performance, raised $12 million of venture funding in a deal led by Elysian Park Ventures.
    3. Lassen Peak, advanced security technology that converts socially contentious and dangerous weapon detection into safe and efficient experiences, raised an estimated $10 million through a combination of debt and venture funding in a deal led by Structural Capital.
    4. VoltSafe, electric connectivity technology that controls power using patented tech and magnets, raised $99,996 of venture funding.

Seed

    1. Cenfire, MEMS technology for RF and high-power DC applications, raised seed funding from Cove Fund.
    2. Vestaboard, intelligent messaging display that connects and inspires people, raised $380,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.

Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
