Top 10 Internet Of Things Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – January 1st to March 31st, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. BWR Innovations, temperature monitoring and fuel cell technology that serves the hospitality, health care, military, and vehicle industries, received development capital from Abernathey Holding Co.
    2. Healthmetryx, software applications and health monitoring devices that leverages the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies that converts personal respiratory data into useful, differentiated diagnostic reports, received $4,500 of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Golioth, cloud platform that brings IoT protocols into the cloud-native ecosystem, was acquired by Canonical.
    2. Scanalytics, smart floor sensors that measures consumer behavior information in physical spaces, was acquired by East West Manufacturing.

Later Stage VC

    1. Axzon, wireless sensing technology that offers real-time business insights, raised $1.5 million in venture funding.
    2. Shower Stream, IoT-enabled smart shower head that reduces water, sewer, and gas waste in hotels, raised $2 million of venture funding from MOVE Venture Capital and other investors.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Algorized, edge artificial intelligence platform that enhances perception and human-machine interaction in industrial machines and robots, raised $13 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Run Ventures.
    2. LUBU Technologies, wearable motion-tracking devices for athletic performance monitoring and injury prevention, raised venture funding from MP Software Ventures.

Seed

    1. OpenSpot, AI-enabled IoT systems and automated urban infrastructure that manages curbside assets and electric vehicle charging operations, raised seed funding from IT Park Ventures.
    2. Peltier, smart software that reinvents refrigeration, raised $5.61 million through a combination of Seed-1, and Seed-2 funding from Precursor Ventures, and other investors.

Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
