- Soter (Electronic Equipment and Instruments), a wearable technology and software company that helps businesses prevent workplace injuries through artificial intelligence-powered ergonomic risk detection and feedback, received development capital from The Riverside Company.
Merger/Acquisition

- 75F, a smart building automation system that optimizes and saves energy consumption, was acquired by Carrier Global.
- Sentry Alarms, an electronic security and monitoring services for residential and commercial properties, was acquired by Doyle Security Systems.

- Bliq Photonics, an non-invasive optical sensors that provides real-time viscosity and gelation monitoring for industrial fluid processes, raised venture funding from i4 Capital.
- Phare Labs, a security system that accesses homes with healthy air quality, raised $2.08 million of venture funding through a combination of options and security from Clearance Venture Partners and other investors.

- Flow Labs, a traffic optimization software that eliminates congestion and improve traffic flow, raised $13.99 million through a combination of Seed funding from Bentley iTwin Ventures, Cerity Partners Ventures and 2468 Ventures.
- myBiometry, a remote-monitoring platform for respiratory disease management, raised $3.59 million of Seed-5 funding from Dexcom Ventures, Grove Street Venture Capital and Home Run Ventures.

Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
