- Salesforce, provides enterprise cloud computing solutions, received $1.50 million of development capital from Goshawk Asset Management through a private placement.

- Aviva Links, automobile connectivity technologies that assists next-generation autonomous driving systems, was acquired by NXP Semiconductors, a subsidiary of NXP (Mobile Services Business), for $243 million.
Later Stage VC

- Andium, industrial IoT platform that brings intelligent software services down to the device layer, raised $4.13 million of Series B-4 venture funding from Bapco Energies and other investors.
- ChargeFuze, mobile application that facilitates the rental of portable phone chargers from self-service charging stations, raised venture funding from Veridical Ventures.
- xMEMS, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) speaker platform that delivers active thermal management for smartphones, SSDs, and datacenter rack servers, raised $21 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by Boardman Bay Capital Management.
- Endstate, marketplace that offers product authenticity and allow brands to participate in the upside of secondary transactions, raised $575,000 of venture funding.

- onWater, digital fishing access and trip-planning platform that helps anglers efficiently discover, plan, and navigate fishing locations, raised $1.70 million of seed funding.
- Sensetics, tactile interface that digitally captures, edits, and transmits touch with high fidelity, raised $1.75 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Fitz Gate Ventures and MetaVC Partners.

Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
