    1. GCT Semiconductor Holding, 5G and 4G LTE semiconductor solutions that enables fast and reliable 4G LTE connectivity to numerous commercial devices such as CPEs, mobile hotspots, routers, M2M applications, and smartphones, etc, received $23,785 of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. InPlay, wireless technologies that unlocks the unrealized potential of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology, was acquired by Trackonomy.
    2. Inteli Platforms, full-service managed IT solutions that serves businesses seeking efficient and cost-effective technology adoption, was acquired by Virtuosic Technologies.
    3. Interactions, intelligent virtual assistant technologies that drives digital transformation, was acquired by SoundHound AI for $60 million.

Later Stage VC

    1. Brilliant Smart Home System, smart home automation devices for the simplification of interactions between all smart devices within a residence or property, raised $9.7 million of venture funding from Almeida Strategic Investments and other investors.
    2. Eigen Innovations, an artificial intelligence-based Internet of Things system that overcomes challenges related to deploying and managing quality inspection, raised CAD 2 million of Series A3 venture funding from BDC Capital, TLT East Ventures, and New Brunswick Innovation Foundation.
    3. Particle (Software Development Applications), application infrastructure that supports intelligence in connected devices across edge environments, raised $29.54 million of Series 1 venture funding from HAX, SOSV Investments and Energy Impact Partners.
    4. Tocaro Blue, advanced yacht-monitoring system that provides a digital blueprint of every aspect of a vehicle’s operation, raised $2.12 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC 

    1. mcp-use, open-source infrastructure platform that simplifies the deployment and management of modular compute processes, raised venture funding from Vento.
    2. SixLine Semiconductor, carbon nanotube alignment technology that addresses challenges in the semiconductor electronics space, raised venture funding from rpv.
