Top 10 Internet Of Things Capital Raises in the U.S. – February 1st – 15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. End 2 End Technologies, manufacturer of industrial automation and connectivity systems designed to specialize in providing end-to-end wireless communication solutions, was acquired by Ceragon Networks for $12.8 million.
    2. Legato Logic, developer of intelligent sensors designed to perform fundamental computer vision tasks at a fraction of milliwatt power, was acquired by ANAFLASH.

Equity Crowdfunding

    1. AtomBeam, developer of a software technology designed to fundamentally change the way data is encoded, transmitted, and stored to save bandwidth, power, and storage, raised $ 20 million of equity crowdfunding via StartEngine.

Later Stage VC

    1. 75F, developer of smart building automation systems designed to optimize and save energy consumption, raised $45 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Accurant Investments.
    2. Mode, developer of a data integration platform designed to collect and apply real-world sensor data to businesses, raised $14.05 million of Series B-1 venture funding from SBI Investment, Daiichi Jitsugyo and JR East Start Up.
    3. Tego, developer of an asset intelligence platform designed to assist in asset tracking and data management, raised an additional $2.98 million of Series B venture funding.
    4. Vutility, developer of an energy monitoring system designed to track utility usage in real-time and save money, raised $11.53 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Complement, developer of a process optimization platform designed to help factories run competently and be more profitable, raised venture funding from Measured Ventures.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. LiftLabs, developer of trap fishing equipment designed to develop fishing gear that eliminates the need for ropes, reducing risks to marine life, joined MassRobotics as part of its Second Cohort of Accelerator Program, and received $100,000 in funding.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

    1. Otava, designer of millimeter wave system on chip (SoCs) and subsystems as wireless connectivity technologies intended to communicate and transmit data, raised $5.55 million through a combination of Seed 2 and Seed 2-A funding from Stellar Ventures, Emerging Ventures, and Casabona Ventures.

Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
