    1. Movella, a full-stack provider of sensors, software, and analytics that enable the digitization of movement, was acquired by Francisco Partners through a public-to-private LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Crowdkeep, developer of an IoT technology platform designed for timekeeping and asset management, was acquired by Veea.
    2. M3 Innovation, provider of an innovative lighting system intended to develop and commercialize LED lighting globally, was acquired by Acuity.
    3. Streamline Control, provider of industrial control systems and operational technology services catering to oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors, was acquired by SGS.

Later Stage VC

    1. Atomation, developer of a wireless remote monitoring system designed to monitor equipment and machinery, raised $2.26 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC 

    1. TapStitch, developer of artificial intelligence-powered design tools intended to serve local entrepreneurs in creating their designs, raised $21.80 million of venture funding.

Angel and Seed

    1. AIT Sensing, developer of smart sensor modules intended to help industrial and IoT applications, raised $20,000 of angel funding.
    2. ioAire, developer of a network-based technology intended to provide Networking Solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) environments, raised $1.16 million of seed funding.
    3. Keycard, developer of a visionary security platform designed for secure machine-to-machine communication, raised seed funding from Exceptional Capital.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. SenseNet, developer of an AI-driven wildfire detection system designed for early identification and response to fire hazards, joined Google for Startups’s AI for Nature Program as a part of its First Cohort.

During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
