- Traced Technologies, timekeeping and billing software that captures billable time for law firms and reduces client billing deductions, acquired by Actionstep, via its financial sponsor Serent Capital, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- Glaze AI, an AI native operating system that streamlines workflows for in-house legal teams, raised $10 million of venture funding in a deal led by Sequoia Capital.
- Third Chair, legal workflow automation tools that improve operational efficiency in law departments, raised $2.3 million of venture funding from 468 Capital and FundersClub and other.
Angel
- Citrus Closing Group, a title insurance and closing platform that manages and completes real estate closings with clarity and care, raised $100,000 of angel funding.
- Legata, a legal estate planning platform that simplifies and modernizes the creation and management of personalized legal documents, raised $725,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Asurity, compliance-focused technology that automates and streamlines regulatory processes for the mortgage and consumer lending industries, joined Microsoft for Startups as a part of its Third Cohort of Switzerland AI Tech Accelerator.
- Fed10, an AI-driven legislative intelligence platform that helps identify, understand, and respond to regulatory and policy risks, joined Y Combinator as a part of its Winter 2026 Batch and received $500,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- LegalOS, AI-powered immigration legal services that guide users through the visa process, joined Y Combinator as part of its Winter Batch in 2026 and received $500,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Loma, an integrated practice platform and financial management services that help mental health clinicians launch compliant private offices and manage ongoing business administration, joined Forum Ventures and received $100,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Tradelok, artificial intelligence-based IP risk intelligence platform that protects intellectual property, confidential information, and trade secrets, joined Aurelia Ventures.
