- Harvey, a legal technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate legal research, contract interpretation, and legal workflows, raised venture funding from J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Early Stage VC
- Dili, a compliance software that automates prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance workflows, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures.
- Discern, a registered agent platform that automates state filings, entity management, and compliance monitoring, raised $10 million through a combination of debt and Series A venture funding in a deal led by Walkabout Ventures and Bungalow Capital.

- EverSettled, an estate settlement guidance platform that helps families navigate probate with structured professional support, raised $5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Emergence Equity Management.

- LawEngine, a legal research platform that provides answers grounded in linked authorities and verified source records, raised $100,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- ai, a legal case management platform that automates personal injury case workflows and reduces administrative workload, raised angel funding from Bob Goldwater, Christopher Stark, and Marc Chesley.
