- Lega, an LLM governance software platform that enables secure and compliant generative AI deployment, acquired by BARBRI, via its financial sponsors Francisco Partners and LGT Capital Partners, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Cadastral, an artificial intelligence software platform that automates commercial real estate document processing and operational workflows, acquired by Legora.
- Regology, a regulatory compliance software platform that helps enterprises manage legal and compliance functions, acquired by Bloomberg Industry Group, a subsidiary of Bloomberg.
Later Stage VC
- CourtScribes, a court reporting agency that provides court reporting and litigation support services, raised $2.2 million through a combination of debt and Series A-6 venture funding.
- IntelAgree, a contract lifecycle management platform that automates contract creation, negotiation, management, and analysis, raised $198,700 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Andco, an AI-powered legal workflow software platform that automates litigation case management, raised venture funding from Lombardstreet Ventures, Batch Ventures and Rebel Fund.
- Expedite, an agentic law firm that provides technology-enabled legal representation and cross-border advisory services, raised venture funding from Riot Advisors.
Seed Round
- Fearn, an intellectual property technology platform that helps users manage and protect intellectual property in the era of artificial intelligence, raised $5.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Kindred Ventures.
- Compuvi, a compliance monitoring platform that prevents data privacy, antitrust, and confidentiality violations in enterprise communications, raised seed funding from Ozay Law Firm and Islam Yildiz.
