Top 10 Logistics Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – January 1st to 31st, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Globalmed Logistix, medical device logistics services that support the secure movement of healthcare goods across complex supply chain, received development capital from Water Street Healthcare Partners.
  2. Triton Midstream, transportation, storage, and initial processing of crude oil and gas between extraction and refining/selling, received development capital from Pearl Energy Investments.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Allround Forwarding, international freight forwarding and logistics catering by sea, air, road, and rail on a worldwide basis, was acquired by Transport Overseas Group, a subsidiary of MOSOLF Logistics & Services.
  2. Granite Logistics, transportation freight brokerage firm that focuses on the flatbed, over-dimensional, and heavy haul markets, was acquired by Trinity Logistics, a subsidiary of Burris Logistics.

Later Stage VC

  1. CloudTrucks, virtual trucking carrier platform that reduces operating costs for truck drivers, raised venture funding from ATEL Capital Group.
  2. Zipline, automated drone delivery service that distributes blood and other medical supplies, and provides delivery logistics for restaurants, retail, and e-commerce industries, raised $600 million of venture funding led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Participation from Rwanda Social Security Board, Baillie Gifford and Valor Equity Partners, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $7 billion.

Early Stage VC

  1. Fulflld, delivery services that streamline and scale the entire distribution process, raised venture funding from Starta Ventures.
  2. GridAero, autonomous cargo logistics platform that offers rugged, long-range aircraft built for scale and resilience, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Geodesic Capital and Bison Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $51 million.

Seed Round

  1. Bloodhound Tracking Device, tracking and tracing technology system for businesses to detect shipments and containers, raised $8.47 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt financing from investors.
  2. DiversiFi.ai, AI-driven SaaS platform that helps third-party logistics providers (3PLs) modernize billing, bidding and shipment processing, raised $8 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Sorenson Capital and Kickstart.
