PE Growth/Expansion
- Vertrax, route management system that offers transportation management for long-haul fleets, received development capital.
- Win Distribution, refrigerated transportation services based in Las Vegas, Nevada, received development capital from Loka Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- UAC USA, neutral airfreight wholesale services that focus on serving freight forwarders exclusively, offering export and import air services, was acquired by Awaship.
- XGS, less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation, warehousing, and commercial delivery services for hard-to-move goods, was acquired by Little River Transportation.
Later Stage VC
- Kargo, logistics management platform that handles supply chain processes, raised $42 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Avenir Growth Capital.
- SuperCircle, tech and reverse logistics platform that bridges the gap between retail and textile waste through and scale the recyclability of discarded textiles, raised $24 million of Series A venture funding led by Foundry Group with participation from BBG Ventures, Renewal Fund, Elemental Impact, RareBreed Ventures and Rethink Capital Partners.
Early Stage VC
- Cavalla, autonomous forklift systems that deliver reliable, high-throughput warehouse automation with integrated human oversight, raised venture funding from Founders, Inc.
- Ember Life Sciences, refrigerated shipping box that revolutionizes the way people eat, drink and live, raised $16.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Sea Court Capital.
Seed Round
- Shzoom, fleet crash management software for real-time repair status and supplement tracking, raised $118,000 of seed funding from investors.
- Xnuup, autoparts management platform that simplifies parts sourcing and order fulfillment for automotive businesses, raised $3.38 million of seed funding from an investor.
