- Alyan Pump, specialty pump systems that serve the municipal, commercial, industrial and residential markets, acquired by Penn Pump & Equipment Company, via its financial sponsor Peak Capital Company, through an LBO.
- Complete Solution Robotics, robotics and automation services that serve manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers, acquired by RMH Systems.
- GMS Piling Products, steel micropile fabrication, manufacturing, and value-added supply services that serve deep-foundation contractors, water well and utility, oil and gas, mining, and environmental drilling industries, acquired by OCI Division, via its financial sponsors Gemspring Capital.
- Precision Concepts, a manufacturer and designer of specialty plastic packaging containers that serve medical, pharmaceutical, personal care, food and beverage and nutraceutical industries, acquired by The Sterling Group.
Early Stage VC
- Aalo Atomics, compact nuclear power systems that generate electricity at different locations, raised $100 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Valor Equity Partners.
- Biosensor Tech, biosensors that monitor pressure, oxygen, and temperature, raised venture funding from Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Gallox Semiconductors, ultrawide bandgap gallium oxide semiconductor devices that reduce total resistance and conduction loss, joined Activate Global as a part of its Activate Fellowship program, and received $100,000 in funding.
- 4Ag Manufacturing, farming equipment that assists sustainable agricultural practices, joined Oklahoma Farm Bureau.
- ORB Technologies, structural building materials that support sustainable construction, joined University of Tennessee Research Park at Cherokee Farm as part of the Spark Cleantech Accelerator Cohort 2025.
