PE Growth/Expansion
- Green Diamond Performance Materials, refined sand for roofing, sandblasting, and foundry industries, received development capital from Convergent Capital.
- Caputo Cheese, processed and blended cheese that is primarily offered to food distributors and restaurants, received development capital from WP Global Partners.
Merger/Acquisition
- Olympic Jewellers, fine jewelry that supports retail clients with custom craftsmanship and advanced restoration services, acquired by Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
- American Stainless Tubing, stainless steel tubing products that offer superior products using inferior components, acquired by First Tube, a subsidiary of Triple-S Steel Holdings for $16 million.
Later Stage VC
- Skyrocket, technology-focused consumer electronics that enhances interactive play experiences, raised venture funding from Regah Ventures.
- Arcrite Automation, robotic welding and automation systems that enhance precision in industrial manufacturing environments, raised venture funding from Perch Bay Group.
Early Stage VC
- Castelion, military systems that provide maximum deterrence at terminal velocity, raised $350 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Altimeter Capital Management.
- Formulation Innovations Group, research and development platform that transforms the vitamin, nutritional, and dietary supplement industries, raised venture funding from Western Skies Partners.
Seed Round
- Bifrost Electronics, quantum readout and amplification hardware that advances quantum computing infrastructure, raised $2.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Caruso Ventures.
- CisLunar Industries, critical power infrastructure for space to leverage a modular, adaptable core design, raised $2.76 million of seed funding from University of Colorado Deming Center Venture Fund, One funds and other investors.
