Top 10 Manufacturing Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – June 1st – 30th, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Precision Production, machined components and assemblies that serves automotive, aerospace, medical, power tools, hydraulics and petrochemical sectors, received $1.66 million of development capital.

PIPE

    1. Hybrid Power Solutions, a Canadian clean energy that specializes in producing, developing, and installing direct-to-consumer clean technology products such as portable power packs and stationary energy storage, received CAD 1.70 million of development capital.

Buyout/LBO

    1. NexScreen, diagnostic testing products for health and safety compliance and offers oral swab devices, drug screening cups, rapid drug tests, alcohol testing kits, diagnostic supplies, and integrated test cups, enabling healthcare and government sectors to obtain laboratory-grade accuracy during point-of-care screenings, was acquired by Premier Biotech, via its financial sponsor Align Capital Partners, through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Diesel Laptops, diagnostic tools that caters to the automotive, marine, infrastructure, and agricultural sectors, was acquired by Snap-on (NYS: SNA) for approximately $100 million.

Later Stage VC

    1. Tnemec, a protective coating that offers abrasion, chemical, and corrosion resistance, raised $1.81 million of venture funding.
    2. AMPeers, an advanced material research firm that builds the foundation for a high-power electrified world, raised $11 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC

    1. Talon Precision, precision components and hardware that provides tight-tolerance components for mission-critical applications, raised $75 million of venture funding from New Way Air Bearings, Telos North and Strand Equity.
    2. Principal Mineral, strategic metals, high-performance alloys, and advanced materials that strengthens critical mineral supply chains, raised $280 million through a combination of debt and Series A venture funding in a deal led by Overmatch Ventures and The New Industrial Corporation.

Seed Round

    1. Eccentric Machines, a robotic actuator architecture for robotic motion and control, raised an estimated $5 million of Seed funding from Mana Ventures.

Angel (individual)

    1. Tite, wearable fashion products for personal expression and artistic apparel and offers wearable art collections featuring distinctive designs for self-expression and individual style, supporting fashion showcases and creative presentations, enabling customers to access apparel that reflects personal identity, participate in fashion-focused events, and engage with products centered on creativity and self-representation, raised $30,000 of angel funding.
